• All teams must submit the PDF of their collection along with the total number of participants by 18^thApril 2026.
• The shortlisted teams will be invited to the university, where the competition will be held on 20^th April 2026.
• Entries for the fashion show will be accepted only until 18^th April 2026.
• No changes in entries will be accepted after the last date.
• Three winners will be selected from each category.
• The Winners will get the opportunity to present their collection in SWARNIM on 21^th April 2026, where they will be judged by professional designers.

Registration Fees & Prize Details:

Mega Fashion Show Rules & Regulation:

• The theme for the event will be: “Handcrafted Heritage: Textile and Art Traditions of Madhya Pradesh” .
• It is a team event. A team can not have more than 5 members.
• Time limit for every team would be 5-7 minutes (Including setup and the performance both).
• Negative marking if participants exceed time limit.
• Should carry their tracks in pen drive and should be submitted in advance.
• Vulgarity is strongly prohibited.
• Any form of obscenity will lead to debarring the team from the contest.
• Evaluation will be based on creativity, theme interpretation, costume design, stage presence, confidence, and overall presentation. The judges’ decision shall be final and binding.
• Each group should have one tag line representing their group and the theme (Be Bold For Change).
• Decision of the judges will be final and binding.
• All costumes are permitted, which maintain decency including original & fashion designs.

Roots to Runway: Fusion of MP’s Handcrafted Textiles and Art Traditions (Graduating Fashion Show)
Conduct an expert talk by designers on 21^st April 2026 from 12:00 noon onwards, covering topics such as fashion styling, makeup trends, and personal branding.

• Three national-level designers (Reena Dhakka & Pallavi Jaipur) will showcase their collections, presenting innovative and unconventional designs.
• Graduating students will also present their final collections on the ramp.
• The finalist winners of the Fashion Show Competition will showcase their designs during the event.
• Prize Distribution Ceremony will be held to felicitate the Graduating students and winners of the Fashion Show Competition by Designers.
• Three winners from each category will be awarded for their outstanding performance and creativity.
• The winners will receive certificates and prizes in recognition of their talent.
